As a provider of healthcare services and commissioned public health programmes, Central Health Solutions processes Special Category personal data relating to health.
Healthcare records are retained in accordance with the NHS Records Management Code of Practice and any contractual requirements agreed with NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities.
